Its matter of you spending money on legal fees  to recvoer the ring  from the pawn broker  - who are often weasles themselves. ... Read More

Just because a case is Nolle Prossed does NOT mean it was a wrongful arrest. You will need to PROVE not allege that the charges were essentially fabricated for some evil motive. You will also need to PROVE how this event cause you to lose everything you owned, which seems exaggerated based on the facts. ... Read More

This is a dimuniton of value case. Very difficult and expensive to pursue and not usually worth the effort absent a substantial loss on an expensive car.

I assume that you are referring to a member of an HOA board or something similar, since there are no residency requirements on most "boards", i.e. a member of IBM's board of directors can live anywhere.  It is likely that the person can be removed, but you have to look at your HOA rules.  Do they provide that board members must be residents, do they provide that they can remain on the board until the next election but can't run for reelection?  What do the rules provide?... pro bono civil litigation in my area of Volusia county

Answered 8 years and 5 months ago by attorney Mark Tischhauser, Esq.   |   1 Answer
You wont find pro-bono lawyers for homeowners with contract suit issues. You will have to hire a lawyer to address this, and likely pay for the legal fees in advance, unless the roofing company is very large or has some bond or insurance that covers your payment. This should have been dealt with many months ago and you should NEVER pay in advance for any type of home repairs. ... Read More

Possibly - it really revolves around what you are trying to achieve vs. the results you are expecting.  Basedon the facts you will likely be paying out of pocket for a lawyer to handle the case as a start.

Who do I sue?

Answered 8 years and 5 months ago by attorney Mark Tischhauser, Esq.   |   1 Answer
Unless the items are worth the expense and effort, no one. If they were you can hire a lawyer to sue the shop for the theft or make a claim under your insurance for the theft of the items if they are covered under a "comprehensive" provision and sue yourinsuance carrier if they wont pay the fair value. ... This sounds like there is some confusion on BOTH sides. What the employer believe is "hacking" is likely some continued use by you of the iPhone to sync to some dataset that presumably you have been tapping into or accessing for some claimed insidious reason. The employer is claiming hacking because they (a) may not be aware of the means through which you have been accessing the information or (b) are relying in the "unauthorized access" aspect of the conduct since you could have easily stopped the autosync. That all stated,  if you are being siued you need to retain a lawyer IMMEDIATELY to get this issue under control and focus on the REAL issues giving rise to the lawsuit and not distractive ones like "they lied to get a warrant" which doesnt even exist in a civil case. Be prepared to spend a good bit on such a case if there is "bad blood" between you and the ex-employer, especially if they are committed to seeing the law suit through. ... Read More

I can't imagine a reason that you would lose right to OWN fire arm or possess in home. Only thing I can think of would be possibly the facts that drugs are STILL regulated under FEDERAL law and states making weed legal is somewhat like sanctuary cities - Federal law controls.

Do i have legal right?

Answered 8 years and 5 months ago by attorney Mark Tischhauser, Esq.   |   1 Answer
Nope - if somone put inaftermarket lights and they broke, they are not covered under manufacturer warranty because they are not manufactuer part. This may have been done by a prior owner, and if so you will simply have to pay for the repair of any non-factory items as its mot likely financially viable to take legal action otherwise. ... Not likely - at least not in a manner that would be cost effective. If you want to spend money out of pocket on principle you might have a legal basis to do so, but its unlilkely that a broker is obligated to foresnically audit a sellers business and books, especially if its not your broker. ...
