You will need to retain a lawyer directly to address this. There should not be public record for his arrest as a minor unless he was arrested and charged as an adult.

First no one can "make" you sign anything short of a literal gun to your head. This sounds more like a buyers remourse issue where you made a deal to keep the car and give up rights to the corppration after you "left the job" the judge said you had to maintain emplyment at in soem fashion. That stated, you will need to hire a lawyer at some expense to figure out what you did and what was agreed to and why to provide any meaningful guidance on this issue. ... Read More

Yeah......there is a LOT more to this than the facts provided. You will need to actually need to RETAIN a lawyer to examine ALL the actual facts, not the selective ones, for this incident. As to the illicit taping, its possible violation occurred here due to the children being minors and potential issues with Fla. Stat. 934. discrimination by a police officer

Answered 7 years and 10 months ago by attorney Mark Tischhauser, Esq.   |   1 Answer
If the officer ACTUALLY ADMITTED to lying on the report, then you might have something useful to work with. Otherwise this starts as the classic domestic dispute where parties want to sue everyone that doesnt go thier way, and as such you will likely spend a great deal of money on legal fees simply railing against the system but to little effect. If you had a crimnal defense lawyer involved - the best bet is to apporach them about such issues or possible a referal to a civil trial or civil rights lawyer. ... Read More
