Be careful what you ask for as you might get "justice." Just because you were relased RoR and claim innocence does not make it so, nor doe sit make you gulty. If the press is reporting accurately what was alleged by law enforcement there is no claim there. If there was ANY criminal conduct issue or you have a past, then its hard to damage an already ruined repuation simply with notoriety. However, you could take the person to small claims court to try to get an ordering for them to remove the posts and to stop putting your name and business on social media.
