Vehicular homicide is a very serious charge. If he is not going to get or keep a public defender you should cotact a criminal defense attorney immediately and he should not talk to anyone until he does that. I would look for a board certified criminal trial attorney to insure that the attorney has the background and experience to handle a serious charge such as this. You can find one in the county you live in by doing an online search or calling the local bar assocaition.... Read More

If that is true, then you might be able to claim that the towing fee should not have been charged to you.... Read More

Should he try and pursue fees he is not entitled to the request has to include notice that you have a right to fee arbitration. You can also file a complaint with the lawyers' disciplinary board in your county. This is not really something that is considered a traffic violation topic.... Read More

Of course it is legal. You may be able to get the tickets dismissed if you show it was disabled with proofs, but that doesn't excuse the towing charges. Consult an attorney.

Short answers: probably not and yes. It may not be possible to shorten your suspension, but you should be able to get a restricted license if needed for work, depending on the circumstances.

You are in trouble, for sure, but you will get past this, and it will be a ticket you will probably never forget. Get an attorney to help you with this.
