At the time of sentencing for the two previous crimes, you were to have no further criminal violations. When you did, you violated both of the two sentence terms. Probation will likely file two violations against you. You will have to go back before the same Judge for this violation to be heard, and if you are found to have violated,  the penalty to be handed down.
