It basically equates to "this guy wont do what I tell him to do about that guy and that guy does things he shouldnt and both guys are doing other things that other people think they shouldnt do.....what should I do." Yes. as long as you prove that it was "without reason". If there is a disputed reason, whether you win becomes the issue.

Possibly. Your description is much like wondering if you offer to pay for stolen stuff AFTER caught shoplifting can you go to jal (answer yes). What you did was criminal. Obviously your promise to pay isnt worth anything for obvious reasons. You need to pay all of what you owe immediately to bank, and then pray a lot. Not likely under the facts your provided. At a minumum you may get sued for breach of the contractand its possble a cashiers check may fall under the Fla. Stat. 68 and 812/817 which could result in treble damages. You now probably need to hire a lawyer before this gets out of hand.

Problem is that your dealer is out of state. You may need to contact a lawyer in the state where the dealer is before spending a lot of money on attorney's fees to take action here. This is one of the problems with buying things on the internet.

If you bought it AS-IS, thats exactally what it is. At $1,500.00 its likely not worth suing over as it costs about $600.00 just to file a suit.

Its not a "belief" issue. Either it was or was not damaged. if it was you may have to pay or use your insurance to pay. If you are positive you didnt return it damaged, you should stand your ground. Yes. Its fraud and possibly theft. Many times law enforcement wont get into the domestic dispute issues interwined these tyoes of allegations.
