So the question is uncertain but you may have a whistleblower act claim that you should consult a lawyer about as well as if there is any employment contract to review

Buyers remorse is not a basis to back out of a signed contract. Those are all considerations that should have been addressed BEFORE you bought the vehicle and certainly before you inconvenineced the dealer with rental car charges, trying to get the smoke smell out, etc. You can try to negotiate the issue with the dealer but prepare for them to refuse or claim you down payment forfeit. ... You just screwed yourself because you cannot with hold rent for such things, handed the LL an eviction on a silver platter,  and will now have to deal with an eviction lawsuit on your record whcih may make getting a new place even more difficult. You really need to retain a tenant/landlord lawyer to address this ASAP. ... Read More

Nothing. The same freedom in the law that allows to buy cars you want also allows you to make really bad investment deals buyng what you cant afford. Regardless you will owe the money on the note and if you dont make the payments you will usually have a repo, bad credit and probably a lawsuit for the remining monies owed. ... Read More

Can I sue planner for refund

Answered 9 years ago by attorney Mark Tischhauser, Esq.   |   1 Answer
This is clearly about the second part - the planner didn't do her job to your satisfaction. That stated, you may want to retain a lawyer to help address this issue as many such vendors file suit to enforce thier contracts and report to credit reporting and you may not want the issue to escalate unless you are prepared to spend the thousands of dollars defending such a law suit. ... If what you are looking for is a demand letter - any consumer, civil litigaton or real estate lawyerwill suffice. Generally, most such letters do NOT generate a positive response with what you described. You may ned to simply bear the expense of hiring a lawyer to sue for an accounting or breach of the agreement as appropriate  BUT this will likely involve you paying legal fes out of pocket and then seeking recovery of them later if you prevail. ... These are the logistical perils of out of state ownership. There is no whay to tell what was agreed to without a thorough review of the documents and txt back and forth. This needs to be resolved one way or another as they may well lien the home and force a foreclsoure to resolve it.

Sounds like a basis for breach of contract lawsuit as described. You need to retain a lawyer to pursue this as you have waited too long.

Not inherently. You can't get the benefits of a negotiated contract and then when things change on your end, just cancel them. These things need to be considered when signing a contract as opposed to MTM payments, etc. Typically it is not cost effective to hire a lawyer to review such ageements after the fact unless the obligation is substantial. ... warranty problem

Answered 9 years ago by attorney Mark Tischhauser, Esq.   |   1 Answer
You will need to hire a laywer to deal with the warranty company. Problem is that you might have to invest more than the repairs to fight the warranty issue - BUT - you will generally get your legal fees reimbursed if you win.

You will need to contact the dealer about this or you can pay a lawyer to send a demand letter to see if that make your issue a priority.

Neither is cheap if the agent won't voluntarily cancel the deal. The "my freinds sent an e-mail" issue may or may not be useful but also suggests that there has beenan ongoing inssue with you and the agent such that you would have your friends e-mail pretending to be buyers. If the agent wont concel the contract you will likely need to retain a lawyer to intervene, whether tby suit or other means. ... Read More

I you can't pay the repo and car payment fees of $1,200.00 you won't likely be able to afford a lawyer. Not sure what that means you had the money and now you don't - but if if youdon't have the money to pay it all and get it caught up, you are in a  bind that is not a legal issue but rather a financial one.... This is simply a matter of hiring a lawyer to file what is called a "nusiance" suit - which is the description of the conduct not the lawsuit, BTW. Unfortunately this will be an out of pocket expense not a contingent fee.

You have been Google lawyering yourself too much. There is no such thing as a proposal for settlement outside of a lawsuit. If you are asking about hiring a lawyer to do a "demand letter" they range anywhere from a few hundred dollars to several thousand. In your case you are probably wasting your money on anything short of litigaiton and simply bearing the expense to take them to task or move on and accept that there is no viable remedy.... Read More

You will need to hire a lawyer at some expense to review the NCA and help you sort out how it deal with the issues. Where 99% of people fail in such matters is coveniently assuming that this or that means thus or such and later finding out the other side disagrees and lawsuits start flying against you, your company and your new employer or customers. These issues need to be addressed up front unless you have loads of money to pay to lawyers to sort it out later. ... Read More

First, you can't continue to make poor decisions and then cry victim when you don't like the results. If the LL offered to lower the rent to $500.00 month which is ridiculously cheap and you agreed - thats your own doing. AS IS means they are NOT going to do anything - thats up to you. Second a LL has no obligation to "make you confortable" again that is your job. A landlords obligation is to make the place HABITABLE. Third- this sounds like there is some trade off where you found a crappy place cheap with some agreement to do repairs to offset rent or simply to make a crappy cheap place better at your expense as an offset to a higher rent nicer place. Bottom line is if they won't fix things and your rent is up this month - give your notice and move to a nicer place for your own health and that of the children. You can have the kids medically exmained and deal with any claims of mold injury after the fact. YOu may want to hire a mold assessor to examine the property to document the extent and type of mold in the property. ... Read More
