Subjective dissatisfaction is not the same as fraud. There might be fraud - but you will likely start with a breach of contract issue and then go from there. This will likely require that you hire a lawyer to review your agreement, at some expense, and go from there.

Its VERY hard to complain they took advantage of you when you go thier store and decide to buy a car of any type. They are not responsible to determine "what you can afford" vs what you are willing to pay. Short of arguing a level of mental incapacity requiring a legal guardianship - poor decisions start with the buyer regardless of age. That stated, there is a point where a more predatory lending angle would arise - such as contracting to buy a car for a monthly payment value exceeding your actual monthly income - the issue then is how did this occur as no bank would likely finance such a vehicle absent some level of fraud by dealer. ... Not likely. "They told me" is simply not the standard relative to such issues and its typically defined in the account terms and conditions that noone reads or formal ank policy of some sortor other. That you could not stop a third party from depositing money into a"restricted" account, for what ever reason it was restricted, is not the banks issue. This issue will likely require resolution of the "restriction" issue whatever that is. ... Read More

Finally, not sure what is going on with the other person claiming its thier bike as there may be something shady going on there from several angles that you will need to sort out. ... Read More
