However, the assault was "completed" when you attacked the assailant, so you may not have a "defense of others" defense. Your 19 year old girlfriend should retain an attorney to sue the assailaint for her damages on a contingency fee basis wheich means your girlfriend pays nothing unless she wins the case. I recommend making an appointment with an estate planning attorney.  He or she will review all your current documents and go over your current family situation.  You can discuss your concerns, and the attorney should provide you with different ways to address these issues.  There are a lot of pieces to the puzzle.  Just sit down with an estate planning attorney and he can handle everything for you.... Contact your homeowners insurance company. You can sponsor your girlfriend for her fiance visa and sponsor your future stepson (depending on his age) for a derivative visa, and they can both process at the US Consulate in Manilla. There is a requirement that you must meet in person no more than 2 years prior to the application date. If you are not currently working then you can enlist a joint financial sponsor to file the I-864 form. You should retain counsel to handle the case from start to finish so that the case will be processed successfully and without delays. ... Read More

Additionally, if your physician can document that your immune system will be compromised because The vaccine would put you at greater risk for an immuno disease reaction, then you can equally have a chance of getting out of the vaccination on that basis.... OK so if the passport is in your name and you are over the age of majority, then there is no lawful right that your parents have to confiscate something that belongs to you. If they have taken this without your permission, that is a crime, and you could contact the Police department and file a police report. If that legal step does not result in anything, then you could file a lawsuit in court to have them return what they have wrongfully taken from you. This would require you to file an action in Municipal Court in California for a writ of replevin, to return an item of personal property that has been wrongfully taken. In your lawsuit in addition to recovering your passport, you could also ask the court for attorneys fees, Court costs, and any damages that you have incurred like motel and airplane fees expended for travel that cannot be refunded....
