Under the law, I believe that you can sue your sister for your deductible only since it sounds like your auto insurance company has already paid you for the fair value of your total loss. Your sister is not responsible for the cost of you to obtain another car. Also, check with your auto insurance company to find out if they already plan to pursue a claim against your sister for the amount they paid you for your total loss plus your deductible. If you believe your vehicle is worth more money, than you need to provide written documentation (e.g. comparable vehicles being offered for sale, a quote from a used car dealer as to the value of your vehicle) as to why you believe your vehicle is worth more money than the insurance company is offering. There is no such thing a low ball as to an estimate. You should take your vehicle to a body shop of your choice and show them a copy of the estimate. If the body shop thinks it will cost more than the estimate to repair your vehicle, the body shop will typically work out any additional costs with the insurance company.
As to loss of use of your vehicle, you are entitled to a rental vehicle while your vehicle is actually being repaired.

You have the right to change lawyers at anytime. All you have to do is to hire a new lawyer and your new lawyer will on your behalf notify your current lawyer that you are discharging your current lawyer and hiring your new lawyer. Your new lawyer and current lawyer will work out a fee division between both lawyers.
