It is not difficult to add a middle name.  You can either just use the middle, for some people its part of a religious ceremony like taking the name of a saint as a confirmation name.  You can also go through the legal process of doing a name change. If you are over 18 you do not need to seek consent from your parents. The forms can be found of the ENw JErsey Judiciary website. ... Read More

Can I file a law suite for a refund of services not rendered?

Answered 10 years and 3 months ago by Edward J. Dimon (Unclaimed Profile)   |   1 Answer
I would have to review the Contract for Services which you signed and the representations regarding same as to where the services were to be provided. If the Contract and representations were that the services were to be provided in Voorhees, NJ and not in PA, then you have a meritorious claim. The next question is how much do you want to spend to pursue that claim. I would follow a complaint with both NJ and PA dental boards. Please call if we can help. Ed Dimon 732-797-1600. PS. religous holidays & employment

Answered 10 years and 6 months ago by attorney Diana L. Anderson   |   1 Answer
It depends on many factors such as are you an at will employee?  Do you have an employment contract?  Are other people allowed t otake off for religious holidays but you are not?  If the company is opened for business on Rosh Hashannah and other employees have to work, it may be possible for your employer to require you to work.  Many employers, hospitals, police and fire departments for example, all have to be open 24 hours a day 365 days a year and require employees to be present even on religious holidays.  ...
