This certainly sounds unfair, but not necessarily unlawful.  There are no laws in Tennesee that specifically prohibit retaliation, bullying or targeting in general. There are specific laws that prohibit some of this conduct in specific situations. For example, if you are bullied or target due to a factor such as sex or race, you could have a claim for unlawful sex or race based harassment.  Additionally, if you were retaliated against for a legally protected activity such as using FMLA or requesting workers compensation, then such act might be unlawful. This seems unfortunate.  However, Tennessee in an employment-at-will state where you can be fired for good, bad, or no reason at all. Refusing to work, whether scheduled or not and whether a holiday or not, is a completely lawful reason to fire someone in this state.

Can an employer terminate you,but NOT give you reasoning nor Termination Papers?

There is a record somewhere in the employers records that states why the employee was terminated. But if you are asking if the employer has to give the employee a specific piece of paper saying why they were terminate, they do not have to do that.
